Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily movements of product with sales and customers.
  • Confirm product availability and coordinate with warehouse for orders with fittings.
  • Generate required paperwork, including bills of lading and customs documentation.
  • Pre-call customers before shipment and perform data entry as required.
  • Take care of pick-ups and conduct training of other employees as assigned.
  • Research and resolve PO issues and track proof of delivery.
  • Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
