Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Agency Contact Coordinator to join our team at Eric Gruscyk - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including making outbound calls for various products and booking appointments for the Agent directly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform errands with company car from time to time and assist with marketing projects, including letter campaigns and social media initiatives.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Goal-Oriented: Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in problem-solving and dedicated to customer service.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Driver's License: Drivers license required.
