Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-property liaison for group sales, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a seamless event experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Large group sales experience a plus.
