  • Assist in the collection of outstanding receivables
  • Engage directly with customer service challenges as needed
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to escalated issues
  • Meet operational customer service expectations
  • Evaluate performance against targets and implement corrective measures
  • Guarantee a safe and efficient operational environment
  • Maintain compliance with quality, security, and safety standards for the branch
  • Oversee the upkeep of facilities and equipment

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Transportation or equivalent experience
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the transportation sector
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Above-average analytical capabilities
  • Capacity to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations for Air and Road Transport
