Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, trends, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to changing situations.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
