About the Role

PuroClean Kelowna is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
  • Subcontractor Management: Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Supply Chain Management: Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors to ensure efficient procurement and delivery.
