About the Role

PuroClean Kelowna is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate daily operations and implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
  • Scheduling: Plan and organize daily operations, including the selection and coordination of trade subcontractors.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our services and attract new customers.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all plans and specifications are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
