Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and oversee all operational cash flows, including forecasting future cash positions to guarantee adequate funds for ongoing operational and capital needs.
  2. Develop project financing structures and conduct lender and investor analyses for various projects including Low Rise, Land Development, and High Rise.
  3. Build and maintain investor relationships through regular updates and comprehensive reporting on returns to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with Land Development and Project Management teams to create project proformas and deliver thorough financial data analysis (budget, P&L, cash flow).
  5. Ensure precise project reporting (actual vs budget analysis) is provided to stakeholders.
  6. Engage with multiple departments and stakeholders to analyze financial outcomes and facilitate financial analysis and decision-making.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional designations such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are highly regarded.
  2. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, or a related area.
  3. Demonstrated experience in managing cash flow, project financing, and investor relations. Experience in real estate development or a comparable field is advantageous.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling expertise.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across departments and diverse teams.
  7. Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel functionalities.
  8. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and task delegation.
