About the Role

Fusion Homes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Treasury & Financial Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing operational cash flows, developing financing structures, and maintaining investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and review all operational cash flows, including forecasting future cash flow positions to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital requirements.
  • Project Financing: Create project financing structures and conduct lender and investor analysis for Low Rise, Land Development, and High Rise projects.
  • Investor Relations: Maintain and foster investor relationships through regular reporting and providing updates on investor returns to all stakeholders.
  • Financial Reporting: Work with Land Development and Project Management teams to create project proformas and provide strong analysis of financial data (budget, P&L, cash flow).
  • Stakeholder Management: Accountable for accurate project reporting (actual vs budget analysis) to stakeholders.
  • Financial Decision-Making: Work with various departments and stakeholders to analyze financial results and support financial analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven experience managing cash flow, project financing, and investor relations. Experience working in real estate development or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and task delegation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
