Overview: A new home represents one of the most significant investments in a lifetime. We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Manager, Treasury & Financial Analysis to enhance our expanding team and uphold our commitment to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational cash flows and devise financing frameworks while nurturing investor relations.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to guarantee precise project reporting and facilitate informed financial decisions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of all operational cash flows, including projections of future cash flow positions to ensure adequate funds are accessible for ongoing operational and capital needs.
  • Establish project financing structures and perform lender and investor assessments for Low Rise, Land Development, and High Rise projects.
  • Partner with Land Development and Project Management teams to formulate project proformas and deliver comprehensive analyses of financial data (budget, P&L, cash flow).
  • Ensure accurate project reporting (actual vs budget analysis) to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with various departments and stakeholders to scrutinize financial outcomes and bolster financial analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing cash flow, project financing, and investor relations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and task delegation.
