Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Karai Sushi & Korean Fried Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to our staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage our food service staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Administrative TasksMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
