Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GRIMACE &CO RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
    • Oversee the preparation and portioning of food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Manage Restaurant Operations
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Establish work schedules
