Key responsibilities encompass delivering exceptional service, ensuring timely and equitable claim resolutions, and identifying potential business growth avenues. Proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations is crucial for thriving in this position.
The ideal applicant will engage in the active adjustment of claims, optimize business development prospects, and uphold a meticulously organized portfolio. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant claims experience, a Level 1 AB Adjuster's license, and a dedication to continuous professional development. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, investigation, and analysis are essential.
