Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and Processing
    • Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards
    • Process and document all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of warehouse facilities
    • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer demands and deadlines
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
    • Identify and address any quality issues or concerns

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
