Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Halton Hills, ON. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a forklift to transport goods and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks using a clamp truck.
- Conduct inventory counts using RF Scanners.
- Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
- Perform inventory control activities such as counting and verifying stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Experience in inventory count with RF Scanners.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes.
- Basic math skills for inventory control purposes.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employees.
