Position Overview

As a Culinary Service Counter Representative at TCZ Holding Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our service areas.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas while setting tables for service
  • Maintain hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items manually
  • Prepare take-out food packages for customers
  • Process customer orders efficiently
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in storage areas including refrigerators and cupboards
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing
Experience Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Permanent position available
  • Work language: English
  • Standard working hours: 40 hours per week
