About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Human Capital Manager to join our team at MNP. As a key member of our Human Capital team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Capital management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Human Capital management, preferably in a regional or national role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
