Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Manager to join our Regional Human Capital team. As a trusted advisor, you will implement and support strategies, programs, and processes that attract, develop, train, and retain our firm's talent.

Responsibilities

  • Administer human capital activities, including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Conduct role evaluations, post job requisitions, contribute to recruitment plans, and proactively manage the candidate experience to attract top talent.
  • Network on behalf of MNP, acting as an ambassador for the organization.
  • Consult and mentor leaders through the talent acquisition process and on issues related to legal, procedural, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards, and performance management.
  • Lead consistency of performance targets, relevance of targets, process for promotions, transfers, job classifications, annual compensation cycle, and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in and conduct annual salary submissions, including job matching and related data.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Manage terminations as appropriate, conduct exit and stay interviews, and participate in dispute resolution meetings.
  • Serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations, and educating on self-service options.
  • Analyze statistical reports to identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
  • Oversee the facilitation of regional learning and development administration and programs.
  • Communicate disability management matters with benefits team members and provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issues.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty.
  • Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation.
  • 5 years of HR leadership experience.
  • Experience with compensation is considered an asset.
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) considered an asset.
