Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Conquer Transport Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Policy and Procedure Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
