Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Thiara Construction and Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial control functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the company's growth and objectives
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to provide accurate and timely financial information to management
  • Oversee financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Establish and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company in financial matters, including negotiations and presentations to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in the construction and logistics industry
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and work with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
