Connaissance de l'administration des prêts et expérience en agriculture requises :

Animé par votre passion pour la prestation d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, vous appuierez une équipe des ventes qui offre du financement aux producteurs locaux. En collaboration avec l'équipe, vous établirez des relations avec les clients, aiderez à créer des occasions de vente, préparerez les documents de prêt et rechercherez des clients pour assurer la croissance des affaires.

Ce que vous ferez :
  1. Établir et entretenir les relations avec les clients de façon proactive
  2. Faire équipe avec les directeurs des relations d'affaires pour cerner les clients potentiels et les clients à potentiel élevé et communiquer avec eux
  3. Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients de façon rigoureuse et professionnelle, en créant des occasions de vente
  4. Aider lors du processus d'approbation des prêts
  5. Passer en revue les dossiers de prêt et assurer l'exactitude des documents remplis
  6. Entrer des renseignements sur le client et des données financières dans le système de prêt en faisant preuve d'un niveau élevé de précision

  1. Capacité d'accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois de façon organisée et minutieuse, et solide expertise technique
  2. Aisance à communiquer et à traiter avec les avocats et les institutions financières
  3. Passion pour établir des relations avec les clients et travailler en partenariat avec une équipe
  4. Esprit indépendant et capacité de prendre des décisions et de résoudre des problèmes
  5. Compétences en analyse permettant de relever et de corriger les erreurs, les problèmes ou les incohérences dans les données numériques
Ce qu'il vous faut :
  1. Diplôme en administration des affaires, ainsi qu'au moins deux années d'expérience connexe (ou un agencement équivalent d'études et d'expérience)
  2. Connaissance spécialisée des procédures et des approches de prêt
  3. Amour de l'agriculture
