Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be expected to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with staff and management.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

44 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
