Pizza Pizza Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise our kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our financial means.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure we maintain a positive reputation.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure we are meeting our goals and objectives.
