Food Service Supervisor

THE ROYAL CROWN PUB & GRILL is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
