Regional Director of Sales and Operations

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and manage sales quotas for designated regions
- Collaborate with sales leadership and business managers to develop comprehensive business plans
- Formulate effective customer call strategies to maximize opportunities
- Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and opportunities are recorded
- Leverage Salesforce CRM for opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting
- Analyze sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results
- Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships
- Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction for all current and future accounts
- Review sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes
- Produce regular analysis for senior leadership
- Develop tactics and strategies to create long-term commitments with key customers
- Attend sales and product-related meetings
- Contribute to the Sales Leadership team
- Manage contract negotiations and analyze sales data to inform strategic initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- BS, BA Four Year Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
- Minimum of 2 years managing an effective sales team
- Ability to present product features, advantages, and clinical benefits
- Solution-based selling experience
