Position Summary

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing merchandise, driving sales, and ensuring the store maintains its appealing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This includes greeting, acknowledging, and assisting every customer while being well-informed about our products.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest sales and promotional offers.
  • Aiding in the arrangement of merchandise displays and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Restocking merchandise, overseeing inventory levels, and handling incoming shipments.
  • Processing transactions at the point of sale.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.

Work Schedule:

  • Availability for days, evenings, and weekends.

The average hourly wage for this role is $16.55.
