About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement and Display: Arrange products according to planograms to maximize visual appeal and sales potential.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are delivered to the right place at the right time.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in using the internet, MS Excel, and MS Word to manage data and create reports.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and a valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient in interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexible, initiative, judgment, organized, and a team player.
