Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Arrange products according to planograms to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Environment: Urban area with various locations.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in Internet, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel: Own transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
