About the Role:

Kudelski IoT is seeking a seasoned National Sales Director to spearhead the growth of our RecovR inventory management and theft recovery solution in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with large national partnerships to increase brand awareness and sales penetration in Canada.
  • Oversee the rollout of RecovR to dealers, managing a complex ecosystem of partners, field operations, dealers, and internal resources.
  • Develop and manage partner pipelines, monitoring sales activity against assigned goals.
  • Provide financial reports to dealership communities, highlighting penetration rates, profit, and overall success.
  • Drive market-share growth month over month.
Ideal Candidate Qualities and Skills:
  • Proven experience in building and managing channel partnerships, with a track record of recruiting and enabling top channel partners.
  • Exceptional relationship management and strategic account planning capabilities.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and team members.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French; Spanish is an asset.
