Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Delivering outstanding service to clients both over the phone and in person, while promoting additional products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and working diligently to resolve shipping and technology-related challenges.
- Collaboration: Partnering with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehouse personnel, account managers, and other corporate partners to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Cultivating positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Technical Support: Assisting clients with shipping details and account-related issues, including freight handling and cash reconciliation.
- Effective Communication: Maintaining clear and positive communication with all partners, both verbally and in writing.
- Accountability: Adhering to corporate policies, safety standards, and attendance requirements while embodying the company values.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service (3-12 months) is preferred.
- Retail experience (3-12 months) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology and POS systems (3-12 months) is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated personal responsibility and accountability.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards is a plus.
Working Environment
This position is situated in a retail center environment, where teamwork and customer focus are paramount.
