  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments, applying this expertise to provide informed and effective support.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering creative and effective solutions.
