About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Benny T. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, ensuring their safe transportation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
