Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Romeo Villarico is seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide personal care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent care and support, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist clients in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
