Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care to join our team at Prokare Support Services Inc. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Nursing Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide vital signs as required.
  • Household Management: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Documentation: Accurately record client information, including progress notes and medication administration records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
