Job Summary

A-S Heating and Cooling Inc. is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts, operating welding equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute them accurately to ensure high-quality welds.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate welding equipment manually or with automation, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Inspect welds for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet company standards.
  • Material Handling: Use hoisting and lifting equipment to handle and move materials safely and efficiently.
  • Fabrication and Repair: Fabricate or repair metal parts, including cutting, shaping, and assembling components.
  • Production Line Operation: Operate robotic welding production lines, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
