About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at A-S Heating and Cooling Inc. as a Welding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding and Fabrication: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Quality Control: Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including commercial, industrial, residential, and urban areas.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
