Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administration Specialist to join our team at JUSTKIDS PRE-SCHOOL INC. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new administrative protocols
  • Assess and refine existing administrative processes
  • Assign tasks to support staff effectively
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the organization
  • Manage policies and procedures regarding record release in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget and maintain inventory and financial controls
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Monitor and assess administrative performance
  • Supervise payroll processes
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
