As an Agriculture Equipment Technician, you will find numerous opportunities for professional growth and advancement, supported by various training programs, tuition reimbursement, and tool allowances. As a vital member of the Service team, your role will be crucial in ensuring that parts and machinery operate effectively—an essential aspect of maintaining business operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Recondition and repair all equipment components and systems as directed by the supervisor. Maintain accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and external purchases related to repairs. Care for and maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicles. Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients. Order necessary parts and materials for assigned repairs. Keep the work area clean and safe. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Promote safe work practices in all daily activities and task assignments. Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety standards, as the company prioritizes the protection and well-being of its employees. Complete RME safety expectations and reporting promptly.Required Qualifications Include:
Fluency in the English language. Experience with CASE IH agricultural or construction equipment is an asset. Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of health and safety best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
