Global Entities Financial Analyst

The Global Entities Financial Analyst will work closely with the International Entity team to oversee financial operations and administrative functions for global entities. The role encompasses routine accounting tasks, financial assessments, audit support, and assistance with the initiation and conclusion of entities. Additionally, this position includes the preparation of financial statements, upkeep of the global entity database, and support for legal, tax, and treasury obligations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute month-end financial accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Perform financial assessments to guarantee precise reporting by local management entities.
  • Assist in financial reporting and the preparation of tax documentation for international entities.
  • Support finance directors with entity administration and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain the global entity database and track dividend reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports for local entity board meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a CPA program is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3-5 years of pertinent finance or accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with HFM, Sun System, Smartview, and Vision is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
