About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at TACO TIME. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap food items according to company standards.
    • Prepare and heat simple food items as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Ensure that all dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Take orders and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
    • Client-focused and team-oriented approach.
