The Culinary Operations Supervisor at No.70 Cake plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our food service department. Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Formulate a budget to assess the costs associated with food, ingredients, beverages, and cleaning supplies.
- Analyze daily operations to enhance efficiency.
- Adjust food preparation techniques and pricing in alignment with the established budget.
- Track revenue to evaluate labor costs effectively.
- Oversee staff performance and provide necessary guidance.
- Organize and plan daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- Recruit and onboard new staff members.
- Establish work schedules for team members.
- Supervise and mentor staff to foster a productive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Define the types of services to be provided and implement operational protocols.
- Manage cash flow and prepare financial reports.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Assess costs associated with products and services.
- Maintain and organize inventory efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and necessary supplies.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
- Lead and instruct team members effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and manage events as required.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
