We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Development to join our team at CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition and development strategies to support the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Lead the development and execution of programs that identify key talent throughout the organization, including succession planning and leadership development
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure structures are aligned consistent with optimal design and in support of the current and future state of the business
- Lead the annual performance management cycle and align with compensation decisioning
- Design and implement all learning & development programs
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including the annual and pulse survey cycle
- 15+ years of diverse Human Resources experience
- Deep talent, performance management and organizational design experience
- Experience leading in a complex and dynamic business environment
- Financial acumen
- A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability
