Job Summary:

Lenskart is seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Strategist to join our Retention & Loyalty team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting business goals through personalized communications and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement loyalty strategies to enhance customer retention efforts, driving profitability for our brands.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support short and long-term retention marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Communicate campaign metrics and outcomes to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Personalize the customer experience on and off our website, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Manage internal resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of deliverables, meeting business objectives.
  • Create high-quality proposals, reports, and process documents, showcasing expertise and attention to detail.
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement in lifecycle campaigns, driving continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and campaign results to provide insights to business leaders, informing strategic decisions.
  • Ensure marketing documents accurately reflect objectives and target groups, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare summary reports and post-campaign analysis utilizing business Intelligence resources, providing a comprehensive view of campaign performance.
  • Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on customer journey optimization and testing strategies.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing and A/B testing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience in managing customer loyalty programs, with a deep understanding of customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, with a focus on building strong partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
