Customer Loyalty Strategist

Alvéole, a rapidly expanding organization committed to nature-centric solutions, is seeking a Customer Loyalty Strategist to enhance client retention and satisfaction. This position requires collaboration across various departments to refine the renewal process and elevate overall customer contentment. As a Customer Loyalty Strategist, you will engage in a variety of projects with clients, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating strategies for customer retention
  • Work alongside sales, finance, and operations teams to enhance the renewal process
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and streamline the client experience
  • Collaborate with different teams on renewal scenarios and market strategies
  • Encourage upselling during contract renewals
  • Draft proposals and contracts for client services
  • Serve as an internal authority on renewal processes
  • Report to senior management regarding account portfolios
  • Conduct informational sessions for clients about Alvéole's offerings
  • Contribute to client-facing materials for a smooth renewal process
  • Establish strong relationships with key client representatives
  • Stay informed about Alvéole's services and client feedback
  • Assist in expanding existing client portfolios
  • Provide insights to enhance the customer journey

Requirements:

  • Experience or certification in project management is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous

  • Proficiency in English and French is a plus
