Senior Insurance Advisor, Commercial Lines

At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our customers. As a Senior Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Account Executives and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Executive in managing their commercial book of business, including assisting with sales and retention targets
- Develop and present innovative coverage solutions to meet our clients' needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote the cross-selling of Western Coast Insurance Services products
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Mentor commercial insurance advisor peers and encourage professional growth and development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting sales targets as an individual and as a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in the face of adversity
- RIBO Insurance License required
- Passion for helping people, self-driven, and driven to succeed
- Preferred understanding of commercial policy wordings/coverage's
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
What We Offer:
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week
- Location: Brampton, Ontario
- Salary: $62,000 - $90,000
