We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team at MJB Lawyers. As a key member of our Litigation team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal services and advice in a variety of areas of the law, with a focus on plaintiff-oriented litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal services and advice to clients in a variety of areas of the law, including civil and commercial litigation.
  • Manage and organize caseloads from beginning to end, with minimal oversight.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for litigation and dispute resolution.
