- 5+ years of experience managing teams on projects of moderate size/complexity, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Engineering knowledge, including proficiency in engineering concepts and calculations, and ability to collaborate with engineers and technical experts.
- Team management skills, including experience in assembling and leading project teams, assigning tasks based on team members' skills, motivating the team, and managing them effectively.
- Software skills, including proficiency in project management tools and software, and familiarity with engineering software.
