Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our ERP and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilot the budget for IT projects
  • Supervise the internal infrastructure, including networks and servers, to ensure their functionality, adaptability, and security
  • Organize technical support and user assistance
  • Define and manage projects for IT evolution, including ERP adaptation, deployment of new technologies, and expansion of the PCM MES system
  • Ensure data integrity in the ERP system
  • Manage and modify master files through official forms and standard templates
  • Develop and integrate queries and dashboards into the ERP system
  • Ensure the functioning, training, and updating of the ERP system
  • Master all master files to understand and explain their impact on the ERP system's functioning
  • Master the basic functioning of all transactional modules
  • Train users, answer their questions, and provide support
  • Act as a resource person for various service requests and coordinate with external consultants
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant degree in Information Systems Management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, acquired within a manufacturing company
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience in managing ERP implementation, deployment, and migration projects
  • Bilingualism - French and English
  • Excellent knowledge of typical ERP processes (financial modules, inventory management, supply chain, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in integrating business and production applications
  • Good understanding of business processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of Vantage - Epicor (an asset)
