Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that customers are acknowledged, their needs are met, and complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a well-organized and attractive store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department supervisors to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and reduce shrinkage in the store.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that the store is maintained in a safe and secure manner, and that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and other metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports to the store manager and district manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
