Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Black Rose Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Construction Projects: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Direct and Control Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Evaluate Operations: Conduct regular evaluations of our facilities and real estate to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
- Identify Customer Needs: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet their expectations.
- Oversee Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, maintenance, and repairs to senior management.
- Plan and Organize: Develop and implement plans for construction projects, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures.
- Prepare and Administer Contracts: Negotiate and administer contracts for maintenance, repairs, and construction services.
- Conduct Sales Transactions: Manage sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Consult with customers after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and Implement Schedules: Create and implement schedules for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Direct Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities' machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hire and Oversee Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective operations.
- Oversee Leasing and Marketing: Manage the leasing of space in our facilities and develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Plan and Manage Budget: Develop and manage the operations budget for our facilities.
- Plan, Organize, and Direct Administrative Services: Oversee administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Train Customers' Staff: Provide training to customers' staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Resolve Product and Service Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve product and service-related problems.
- Supervise Technical Sales Specialists: Oversee the activities of technical sales specialists to ensure effective sales and customer service.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 hours per week.
